Warning from Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTUK): Television Serials Under Investigation
This is a news item from today’s Radikal newspaper. Two television serials are under close investigation of Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTUK). One of them is “Kılıç Günü”, which is the TV serial that screened a gay couple for the first time in Turkey. The other one, “Fatmagül’ün Suçu Ne?” is warned for screening a rape scene. Indeed these two incidents are very much debated publicly in Turkey last week.
